These terms explain how the service works: you describe a residential project, and we suggest plans or concept options or, only with your separate consent, offer it to licensed architecture firms. With that consent an anonymized summary (project type, size, region and postal area, budget band and timing, never your name, contact details or notes) is shown on the public request board, and one firm at a time can take it to receive your contact details. If that firm returns it within 7 days, it may be offered to another firm. We do not provide architectural services, sealed drawings or permit documents.
