At ArchProjectBrief.com, we want you to purchase with confidence. We offer a 30-day full refund guarantee for paid project-request access and wallet top-ups, subject to the conditions below.
This Policy applies to payments made to ArchProjectBrief.com for those platform services. Payments made directly to an architecture Firm for a separate professional engagement are governed by your agreement with that Firm and applicable law. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
1. 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the date of the relevant purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid for that purchase. You do not need to provide a reason. Each purchase has its own 30-day period.
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected];
- Include the email address associated with your account or Firm;
- Include the transaction ID, receipt, or project-request reference if available, or the purchase date and amount so we can locate the payment.
Please send your request within the 30-day period. Our time spent reviewing it does not make an otherwise timely request late. Do not send your password, full card number, or card security code.
2. Refund Eligibility and Purchase Problems
2.1 Purchases covered by the guarantee
The 30-day guarantee covers:
- Paid lead Unlocks: purchases that give your Firm access to a Client's project request and contact information, whether paid by card or from your platform wallet;
- Wallet top-ups: payments that add funds to your Firm's wallet.
Viewing an unlocked request or using the Service in the ordinary course does not by itself exclude a purchase from the guarantee. However, eligibility under this voluntary guarantee may be limited in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests intended to exploit the Service, or clear violations of our Terms.
The same funds cannot be refunded twice through both a wallet top-up refund and a refund of an Unlock paid for with those funds. We account for any previous refunds when calculating the amount still due.
2.2 Failed access and platform errors
If you are charged for an Unlock but the corresponding access is not provided because of a platform error, we will correct the problem or refund the full charge for the unfulfilled Unlock. If a platform error creates an extra Unlock beyond the three-Firm lead limit, the extra purchase will be refunded and that access may be revoked.
Card checkout reserves a lead slot for 15 minutes. If payment arrives after the reservation expires, the Unlock can still complete if a slot remains available. If the request has filled and the Unlock cannot complete, the card payment is refunded automatically through Stripe. Contact us if you were charged but did not receive access or the expected refund.
The 30-day satisfaction period does not remove a refund owed for failed access or a platform error.
2.3 Disputed requests and purchases outside 30 days
Contact us if a Client denies submitting a request or if you believe purchased access was affected by fraud, materially incorrect information, or another problem. Include any supporting details you have. We review the evidence and explain our decision. If a Client denies submitting a request or asks you to stop contacting them, stop further outreach while the issue is addressed.
An Unlock buys access to an introduction opportunity. It does not guarantee a response, appointment, contract, or project outcome. Outside the 30-day guarantee, a Client declining your offer, choosing another Firm, changing plans, or not responding does not by itself establish that the paid access was defective.
Purchases older than 30 days are outside the voluntary satisfaction guarantee. We still review unresolved purchase problems and provide refunds owed under this Policy, our Terms, or applicable law.
3. Wallet Balances, Refunded Access, and Account Closure
For a wallet-funded Unlock, we may restore the corresponding wallet balance or arrange repayment, as agreed with you. If a wallet top-up is refunded, the refunded amount cannot also remain available as spendable wallet credit. We will explain any related adjustment and account for earlier refunds so you receive the amount due without duplicate reimbursement.
Unused wallet balances outside the 30-day period are reviewed individually. We provide any refund required by law or owed because we cannot supply the paid Service. Closing or suspending an account does not by itself cause automatic forfeiture of amounts that must be returned.
A refunded Unlock may be revoked. You must stop new outreach based on that access unless you have an independently established, lawful Client relationship. A refund does not give you permission to retain or reuse Client information contrary to our Terms or privacy law.
You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting support. Closing your account is separate from requesting a refund and does not automatically refund completed purchases or cancel a separate agreement with a Client or Firm.
4. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive your request:
- We locate the purchase and verify the relevant payment or wallet records;
- We assess eligibility and confirm the amount, refund method, and any related access or wallet adjustment;
- We issue an eligible refund and send you a confirmation.
Card payments are processed through Stripe, and card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Wallet-funded refunds are handled as described in Section 3. If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we will work with you on an appropriate alternative once the failure is confirmed.
After a card refund is issued, it typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, and payment processor. This is an estimate, and some refunds take longer. A refund made shortly after a charge may instead appear as the original charge disappearing from your statement.
If you have not received an expected refund, contact us so we can check its status. If the payment is already subject to a chargeback or another payment dispute, tell us so we can coordinate the resolution and avoid duplicate reimbursement. You retain any rights you have under your payment provider's rules.
We retain transaction records needed to manage payments, but do not store your full card number or card security code. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Conditions on our voluntary guarantee do not remove mandatory rights or refunds owed for failed access and platform errors. Where applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
